1. Introduction
Welcome to the CRM Connect service provided by RevOps Sherpas. By subscribing to or using our CRM Connect service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Service Description
CRM Connect integrates your chosen Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with Gong to enhance data visibility and reporting. This offering is compatible with multiple CRM platforms and is not restricted to any specific system.
3. License and Access
RevOps Sherpas grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CRM Connect service, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Access is limited to authorized users as specified in your subscription agreement.
4. Subscription and Fees
The CRM Connect service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are based on the number of Gong licenses held and may include an initial implementation fee. Pricing details are outlined in your specific agreement.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
CRM Connect acts as a data conduit between your CRM and Gong. The service does not store or retain CRM data long-term. Minimal non-PII logging data may be kept for operational tracking and troubleshooting purposes.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your CRM system complies with relevant data protection regulations. You must also ensure that your data is accurate and regularly updated.
7. Limitation of Liability
RevOps Sherpas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CRM Connect. Our maximum liability will not exceed the subscription fee paid during the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, access to CRM Connect will be disabled, and any remaining subscription period will not be refunded.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.
10. Changes to Terms
RevOps Sherpas reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
