MANAGED SERVICES

An extension of your RevOps team

As your go-to-market evolves, the systems it runs on need to move with it. That's the work we do.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

Your systems should move as fast as your go-to-market

You've got a new competitor in your segment. You're rolling out a new methodology, changing what you measure, launching a product line, reshaping the team. Every one of those moves ripples through one or more of your systems. How fast you change them decides whether that move actually takes hold: reps running it, managers coaching to it, leadership seeing whether it worked.

Meanwhile the platforms you've invested in keep getting more capable. Every release puts something new within reach: sharper insight, less manual work, a question you couldn't answer last quarter. Across a dozen systems, the value is in knowing which of it matters for where you're taking the business.

That's where we come in. We keep your systems in step with all of it.

You don't have to be the expert on every platform. We don't have to know every nuance of your go-to-market. The work happens where those two meet.

    WHAT WE DO

What we actually do each month

Every engagement is scoped in an upfront session and re-prioritized as the business changes. These are the areas the hours typically go.

    Strategic Alignment

Translating business objectives into system configuration and measurable data points. Quarterly reviews to keep the platforms pointed at current priorities rather than last year's.

    Build & Optimization

Hands on keyboard. Trackers, scorecards, deal and initiative boards, dashboards, fields, workflows, pipeline and forecast configuration, permissions and user administration.

    Adoption & Enablement

Manager coaching sessions, rep best-practice training, usage audits, onboarding material refresh, rollout support for new methodologies and messaging programs.

    Integration & Data

CRM integration health checks, API and field mapping consultation, data hygiene reviews, BI and warehouse exports, and the custom integration work our engineering team is known for.

    Analytics & Reporting

KPI dashboard build-outs, conversation and pipeline analysis, adoption and utilization reporting, executive insight summaries.

    Change Management

Rollout planning, communication, reinforcement, and office hours for new capabilities, so the thing we built gets used.

This is directional, not a contract. Hours move between these areas as your priorities move, and the mix is reviewed every month.

    OPERATING MODEL

    The engagement has a rhythm

Managed services works because it's predictable on both sides. You know what you're getting each month, and we know what we're building toward each quarter.

The engagement is outcome-driven rather than task-driven. We are not working a fixed checklist to exhaustion. Each quarter we agree what business result matters most, and the hours follow it.

    1. 1

      Scoping session

Before the first hour is spent, we sit down with your team and agree where the value is. That session produces the initial priority list.

    2. 2

      Monthly hours

A fixed block of hours each month, sized to the engagement. Hours follow a use-it-or-lose-it model, which keeps a consistent operating cadence rather than a balance that accumulates into a year-end scramble.

    3. 3

      Monthly prioritization and reporting

At the start of each month we agree where the hours go. At the end of it you get a summary of what was completed, what it produced, and the recommended focus for next month.

    4. 4

      Quarterly business review

A working session on business priorities, platform performance, adoption metrics, new vendor capabilities, and the initiatives coming next. The output is a prioritized roadmap for the following quarter.

    5. 5

      Term

Three-month initial term, month-to-month after that, thirty days' notice. Scope and hours change by mutual agreement.

    YOUR TEAM

    Who you get

Managed services engagements are staffed with named people, and you meet them before you sign.

    Engagement Manager

Your main point of contact. Owns the priority list, the monthly summary, hours reporting, and risk.

    Consultant

Hands-on configuration, optimization, and maintenance across the platforms in scope.

    Technical Architect

New system connections, integration builds, API discovery and field mapping.

Not every engagement needs all three. Smaller retainers are led by an Engagement Manager with specialist time pulled in as the work calls for it, which is how a mid-market team gets architect-level help without paying for an architect year-round.

    INCLUDED PLATFORMS

Built for our own delivery, handed to you

Two platforms we built to run our own Gong engagements, available to managed services customers at no additional cost.

    Gong Lens license utilization view

    Gong Lens

Visibility into your Gong environment: platform adoption analysis, user engagement trends, recording coverage, feature and AI utilization, platform health assessment, and recommendations on where coaching or configuration effort will pay off most.

Gong Credits Platform balance and consumption buckets

    Gong Credits Platform

On-demand view of credit usage by feature, consumption estimates, and yearly projections, so credit consumption is a planned number ahead of budget season rather than a surprise during it.

    FIT

    Where managed services makes sense

    A good fit when:

    • Your team owns more systems than it has specialists
    • You've implemented a platform and adoption has plateaued
    • Configuration was built for a go-to-market motion you've since changed
    • Leadership wants insight out of the stack that nobody currently has time to build
    • You need integration or engineering depth occasionally, not permanently
    • Your admin left, and the knowledge left with them

Probably not the right fit when:

    • You have a dedicated, fully staffed platform team and a clear roadmap
    • You need a single defined project delivered. That's an implementation or a fixed-scope SOW, and we'll tell you so
    • Nobody internally can own decisions or priorities

Gold Tier Gong partner. Our team built the integrations behind our CRM Connect and Telephony Connect products, which means when a managed services engagement runs into something the platform doesn't do natively, the people who can build it are already on the account.

    QUESTIONS ANSWERED

    Common questions

No. Gong is where we're deepest and where most engagements start. The retainer covers your revenue stack: CRM, telephony, integrations, reporting, and the automation between them.

Let's look at what your stack could be doing

Start with a scoping conversation. We'll look at what you own, what it's currently producing, and where a standing block of hours would move the number fastest. If the answer is a fixed-scope project rather than a retainer, we'll say that.
